With Blender: 1 measure of sauce is blended at high speed in a professional frozen blender with 3–4 measures of ice until a fine, snow-like texture is achieved.

With Slush Machine: 1 measure of sauce is mixed with 5 measures of water and placed into the slush machine to be frozen.

Other Uses: It can be used directly in desserts (cakes, pastries, waffles, confectionery, cream, and whipped cream). It is also suitable for adding color and aroma to fruit ice creams and frozen beverages.
